When we receive a request to quote, our back office confers with 19 different insurance carriers to determine which companies are willing to quote in the specific industry requested. This may result in 3-5 quotation requests. Our independant back office currently provides services to hundreds of advisors and stays current on the competitive level of each carrier.  

Our Process

Once we receive the quotations from the prospective carriers, we will provide you with a detailed comparison of the offerings and make a recommendation based on the best fit for your needs. We are always available to answer employee questions.  In subsequent years your premium will change based on changes to healthcare costs and claims experience. When the renewal is received by our back office, it is reviewed and if there is an increase in premium our first step is ti discuss the increase with the carrier and attempt to negotiate the lowest possible rate increase. If the rate increase is substantial, we will automatically go back to the market and re-shop the contract to insure that you are receiving the best possible pricing.
